ICCFD10 Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing and received by the Conference Registration Coordinator Monica De Mier Torrecilla on or before the deadlines listed below. Emergency and special circumstance cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.
- Requests received on or before June 9, 2018 receive a full refund—less a processing fee.
- Requests made between June 10–June 30, 2018 receive 50% of the registration fee.
- No refunds will be issued after June 30, 2018.
